Introduction

The Littelfuse LV UltraMOV® Varistor Series provides an ideal circuit protection solution for DC voltage applications. With a maximum peak surge current rating of 10kA (8/20μs pulse), it protects against damage caused by high peak surge currents resulting from indirect lightning disturbances, system switching transients, and power supply abnormal fast transients. The device is available in five package sizes — 5mm, 7mm, 10mm, 14mm, and 20mm — with a voltage range of 14V to 125V.
