Introduction

Zinc Oxide Varistors are semiconductor electronic ceramic components primarily composed of zinc oxide. Their resistance values exhibit non-linear changes in response to applied voltage variations. Due to the high sensitivity of resistance to voltage changes, they are referred to as varistors or surge absorbers. Zinc Oxide Varistors are non-linear resistors utilizing semiconductor electronic ceramic elements mainly composed of zinc oxide, and their non-linear resistance changes as a function of the applied voltage. They are called Varistors or Surge Absorbers.
