• Encapsulation material: Blue flame-retardant epoxy resin (compliant with UL94V-0)
• Main material: Zinc oxide
• Appearance: No stains, no cracks, markings clearly legible

The product demonstrates reliable performance under various environmental conditions, including dry heat, damp heat, and rapid temperature change. It also exhibits good mechanical characteristics, including vibration, shock, solderability, and lead strength.

The following precautions should be observed during use:

1. When high current or high voltage flows through the varistor, the MOV itself may be damaged, heat up, smoke, catch fire, or rupture. To prevent this, install a fuse or circuit breaker across the MOV or at the power supply terminals.
2. Do not allow the current or energy flowing through the varistor to exceed its rated values.

4. It is the customer's responsibility to confirm that products with the characteristics described in the product specification are suitable for their specific application.
5. Do not place flammable materials near the varistor.
6. Varistors can only dissipate a small amount of thermal energy and are not suitable for use in equipment where frequent surge heat generation occurs.
7. During soldering, take care not to melt the solder joints or resin coating of the varistor.

All VDR products comply with RoHS and REACH regulations and conform to IEC 61249-2-21 JEDEC JS709A standards.
