Introduction

Metal Oxide Varistor (MOV) model specification: DGCX 7D561K P=5. The product complies with GB/T27746-2011 standard, as well as GB/T 10193-1997 (idt IEC 1051-1:1991/QC 420000), GB/T10194-1997 (idt IEC 1051-2:1991/QC 420100), UL1449/IEC60950-1/IEC61051, and other applicable specifications. Appearance is free of stains and cracks, with clear markings. The internal structure consists of inner electrodes, solder, and leads. Primary material compositions include ZnO, Bi2O3, and Co2O3; silver or other metallic materials are used for inner electrodes; Sn and Ag are used for leads. The encapsulation layer is made of blue or yellow epoxy resin. Dimensions vary by series: the 05D series has a diameter of 6.0mm, the 07D series 8.0mm, the 10D series 11.0mm, the 14D series 15.0mm, and the 20D series 21.0mm. Lead length L is 23±2.0mm, with a tolerance of ±2.0. In the part numbering scheme, the letter D denotes a disc shape; B and C denote lead pitches of 5.0mm and 6.0mm, respectively; and the last digit indicates the number of zeros in the varistor voltage value. Additionally, K denotes a tolerance of ±10%, J denotes high-joule type, and H denotes high-energy type (combination wave type).
