Introduction

ESD protection for high-speed data lines. Low capacitance: 0.05 pF for 1005 (0402) size and 0.10 pF for 1608 (0603) size. It has excellent ESD suppression characteristics and good ESD tolerance. It complies with the RoHS standard. It is recommended for ESD suppression in smartphones, mobile phones, RF modules, NFC, GPS, and high-speed differential data lines such as antenna circuits, HDMI, SATA, USB, and Display Port.
