ESD protection for high-speed data lines. Low capacitance of 0.05 pF for 1005 (0402) size and 0.10 pF for 1608 (0603) size. Good ESD suppression characteristics and excellent ESD tolerance. Compliant with RoHS standards. Recommended for ESD suppression applications in smartphones, mobile phones, RF modules, NFC, GPS, and high-speed differential data lines such as antenna circuits, HDMI, SATA, USB, and Display Port.
