The ChipGuard CG0402MLA and CG0603MLA series are based on multi-layer metal oxide technology. The MLA series is designed to protect sensitive electronic circuits from electrostatic discharge (ESD) threats. The operating voltage range of the MLA series is from 5.5V to 26V DC. The wide operating voltage and temperature ranges make this series highly suitable for protecting IC power supplies, signal lines, and control lines.
