Introduction
Thermal fuses - alloy type are one-shot, non-resettable devices. They consist primarily of a low-melting-point fusible alloy, flux, housing, sealing resin, and lead wires. Under normal operating conditions, the fusible alloy maintains electrical continuity between the two lead wires. When the alloy-type thermal fuse senses abnormal heat and reaches its predetermined rated functioning temperature, the fusible alloy melts and rapidly contracts toward both lead wire ends under the action of the flux, thereby opening the circuit. The KG series offers rated functioning temperatures ranging from 76°C to 221°C, rated current: 2 A, with safety certifications including UL, cUL, TUV, PSE, and CCC, and complies with RoHS and REACH environmental regulations.
