Introduction
Thermal cutoffs - alloy type (ATCO) are one-shot, non-resettable devices primarily composed of a low-melting-point fusible alloy, flux, housing, sealing resin, and lead wires. Under normal operating conditions, the fusible alloy connects the two lead wires; when abnormal heat is sensed and the predetermined fusing temperature is reached, the fusible alloy melts and rapidly retracts to both ends of the lead wires under the action of the flux, thereby opening the circuit. The P series has a rated operating temperature range of 102°C to 136°C, a rated current of 20A, safety certifications including UL, cUL, TUV, CCC, and PSE, and complies with RoHS and REACH environmental regulations.
