Introduction

The maximum operating voltage is the maximum voltage the device can withstand without damage at its rated current. The maximum fault current is the maximum fault current the device can withstand without damage at its rated voltage. The hold current is the maximum current at which the device will not trip in still air at 25°C. The trip current is the minimum current at which the device will always trip in still air at 25°C. Power dissipation is the power consumption of the device in its tripped state at rated voltage in still air at 25°C. The minimum/maximum device resistance is the minimum and maximum resistance of the device prior to tripping at 25°C. The maximum device resistance is measured one hour after reflow soldering. Note: Operating beyond the specified ratings may cause damage and may result in arcing and flame.
