Introduction

The SL1003A series is developed specifically for broadband equipment. Its special design provides a high level of protection against fast transients caused by lightning interference with rise rates ranging from 100V/μs to 1kV/μs. The device features an ultra-low capacitance of 1.5pF, resulting in negligible signal loss at frequencies up to 1.5GHz. These devices are extremely robust, capable of discharging 5000A pulses without damage. For prolonged AC power line crosstalk, overcurrent protection is recommended.
