Introduction

Miniature Fuses are compact overcurrent protection devices connected in series within a circuit. They are generally required to have low resistance (low power dissipation). Under normal operating conditions, they function as conductors, providing stable long-term circuit continuity. When the circuit experiences current fluctuations due to instability or external interference, they can withstand a certain range of overload. Only when a significant overload or short circuit occurs will the miniature fuse operate, protecting the circuit by interrupting the current.
