Introduction
SolidMatrix Automotive Surface Mount Fuse QF1206F Series is designed specifically for automotive applications. These fuses feature a compact form factor suitable for SMT. Available in multiple current ratings from 0.5A to 8.0A, with voltage ratings of 32VDC and 63VDC. They offer fast-acting characteristics and are available in tape-and-reel or bulk packaging. Fuse dimensions are: length 0.126 ±0.008 in. (3.20 ± 0.20 mm), width 0.063 ±0.008 in. (1.60 ± 0.20 mm), and thickness 0.033±0.008 in. (0.85±0.20 mm). These fuses are UL recognized under file number E232989. Nominal cold DCR and nominal I²t values vary by specific part number. Fuses are marked with black characters for easy identification. Ambient temperature affects the current-carrying capacity of the fuses, and derating is required for operation above 25℃. Recommended reflow and wave soldering temperature profiles are provided, and these fuses are compatible with lead-free assembly.
