Introduction

This fast-acting fuse serves as series protection for fluorescent luminaires, making it ideal for improving fixture safety and reliability. This 300 VAC time-delay fuse is well suited for lighting systems and is designed to handle inrush currents from ballast transformers. Littelfuse LGR and LMF series fuses, along with the LHR fuse holder, provide series protection for fluorescent luminaires, delivering enhanced safety and reliability for lighting systems. By equipping each fixture with its own individual fuse, electrical faults can be isolated from the rest of the circuit. An additional benefit is the ability to quickly identify faulty fixtures and reduce repair time. The fuse holder is rated at 300 V with current ratings up to 10 A, and comes with a 7-inch 18 AWG lead. For two leads, order part number LHR000; for one lead with the other terminal accepting an 18 AWG ballast wire, order part number LHR001.
