AiP24C04 is a 4096-bit serial EEPROM with a memory organization of 512×8 bits, divided internally into 32 pages of 16 bytes each. Random word addressing requires a 9-bit data word address. The device features an I²C interface, making it suitable for low-power, low-voltage systems.
