The AiP24C08 is an 8K-bit serial EEPROM. Organized as 1024×8 bits, it is internally divided into 64 pages of 16 bytes each. Random word addressing requires a 10-bit data word address. The device uses an I²C interface, making it suitable for low-power, low-voltage systems. Key features include:
