AiP24CM01 is a 1024-Kbit I²C-compatible serial EEPROM device. It contains a 128K×8-bit memory array, organized as 256 bytes per page.

Single-supply voltage with high speed: minimum operating voltage down to 1.7V; supports 1 MHz clock at 2.5V to 5.5V; supports 400kHz clock at 1.7V to 2.5V.
Low-power CMOS technology: read current max 500 uA, write current max 2.5 mA; Schmitt trigger inputs for noise filtering; supports sequential and random read modes.
256-byte page write mode, allowing partial page writes.
Full memory array write protection; additionally provides a writable lockable page.
Self-timed write cycle (max 5ms).
