Introduction

MK SD NAND is an embedded storage solution in LGA package form. It operates similarly to an industry-standard SD card. SD NAND consists of NAND flash memory and a high-performance controller. The NAND region requires a 3.3V supply voltage. SD NAND is fully compatible with the SD2.0 interface, allowing use with most general-purpose CPUs. It features high performance, high quality, and low power consumption. MK's SD NAND series incorporates an onboard intelligent controller that manages interface protocols, security algorithms for content protection, data storage and retrieval, and ECC algorithms, while also handling defect management, power management, wear leveling, and clock control.
