Introduction
GN24CO2A is a 2 Kbit I²C compatible serial EEPROM (Electrically Erasable Programmable Memory) device. It contains a 256X8-bit memory array organized in 8-byte pages.

- Single power supply voltage and high speed: Minimum operating voltage as low as 1.7V, 1 MHz clock for 2.5V to 5.5V, 400kHz clock for 1.7V to 2.5V
- Low-power CMOS technology: Maximum read current of 400uA, maximum write current of 1.6mA
- Schmitt trigger to filter inputs and suppress noise
- Sequential and random read characteristics
- Page write mode allowing partial page writes
- Write protection for the entire memory array
