Introduction

MK SD NAND is an embedded storage solution in LGA package. It operates similarly to a commercially standard SD card. SD NAND consists of NAND flash and a high-performance controller, with the NAND region (VCC) requiring a 3.3V supply voltage. Fully compliant with the SD2.0 interface specification, it is compatible with most general-purpose CPUs. SD NAND features high performance, high quality, and low power consumption. Its built-in intelligent controller handles interface protocol management, security algorithms for content protection, data storage and retrieval, ECC algorithms, defect handling, power management, wear leveling, and clock control.
