AT24C02 is a 2-Kbit I²C-compatible serial EEPROM device. It contains a 256×8-bit memory array organized in 8-byte pages.

Single-supply voltage with high-speed operation: supports 1 MHz clock at 2.5V to 5.5V; supports 400 kHz clock at 1.7V to 2.5V.
Low-power CMOS technology.
Maximum read current 400 µA; maximum write current 1.6 mA.
Schmitt trigger inputs with filtering for noise suppression.
Sequential and random read modes supported.
Page write mode with partial page write capability.
Write protection for the entire memory array.
