Introduction

The C416 platinum temperature sensor complies with DIN EN 60751. The temperature range is -196 °C to +500 °C. This thin-film Pt-RTD offers the ideal curve characteristics of a ceramic wire-wound RTD, combined with high vibration resistance and low cost. Over the operating temperature range of -196 °C to +500 °C, it features high long-term stability, excellent thermal shock resistance, and no hysteresis, making it suitable for cryogenics, superconductivity, chemical and pharmaceutical processing, and analytical instrumentation. The nominal resistance measurement point is located 8 mm from the end of the sensor body.
