Introduction

A chip-type component formed by sintering multiple metal oxides such as manganese oxide, cobalt oxide, and nickel oxide at high temperature into a ceramic body, with silver electrodes, nickel layers, and tin layers applied to both ends of the ceramic body. It is a semiconductor resistor with a large negative temperature coefficient of resistance, widely used in circuit temperature sensing and control.
