Introduction

TPTMP75 is a digital temperature sensor that serves as an ideal replacement for NTC and PTC thermistors. The device delivers typical accuracy of ±1°C without requiring calibration or external signal conditioning. It integrates an on-chip 12-bit ADC, achieving a resolution of 0.0625°C. The device is compatible with SMBus, two-wire, and I²C interfaces, and supports the SMBus Alert function. The operating temperature range is specified as -40°C to 125°C. The TPTMP75 is well suited for extended temperature measurement across a wide range of applications, including communications, computing, consumer electronics, environmental monitoring, industrial, and instrumentation.
