Introduction

The 80PK-25 SureGrip™ puncture-style temperature probe is designed for liquids, gels, soft, and semi-rigid materials. The probe is constructed of 316 stainless steel, making it suitable for the food service industry. The thermocouple junction is protected by a stainless steel sheath from the probe tip to the handle. The 40-inch (1 m) cable terminates in a K-type miniature thermocouple connector with a pin spacing of 0.792 mm (0.312 in). The 80PK-25 is compatible with any temperature measurement instrument designed to accept K-type thermocouples with miniature connector inputs.
