Introduction

The 80PT-25 SureGrip™ penetration temperature probe is designed for liquids, gels, soft, and semi-rigid materials. The probe is constructed from 316 stainless steel, making it suitable for the food service industry. The thermocouple junction is protected by a stainless steel sheath from the probe tip to the handle. The 40-inch (1 m) cable terminates with a Type T miniature thermocouple connector with a pin spacing of 0.792 mm (0.312 in). The 80PT-25 is compatible with any temperature measurement instrument designed to accept Type T thermocouples with miniature connector inputs.
