Introduction
The device consists of an infrared emitting diode and a silicon phototransistor. The phototransistor is normally only sensitive to radiation emitted by the infrared emitter. When a reflective object approaches the ITR, the phototransistor receives the reflected radiation, generating different photocurrents at different distances. This product features high reliability, high radiation intensity, low forward voltage drive, and RoHS-compliant environmental characteristics.
