Introduction
This specification covers the dimensions and characteristics of the silicon photodetector IS485E. This product is not designed for EMI/electromagnetic resistance or heavy charged particle (ion particle) resistance, and contains chemical substances such as CFCs, halon, carbon tetrachloride, and 1-1-1 trichloroethane. The individual unit weight is approximately 120mg. During operation, a capacitor of 0.01μF or greater must be connected between the Vcc and GND power supply lines. Cleaning is subject to relevant requirements regarding temperature, duration, and other conditions.
