Introduction

This device is an 8.86 mm diagonal (1/1.8-inch type) CMOS active pixel solid-state image sensor featuring a square pixel array with 8.40 megapixels effective pixels. The chip operates on a triple power supply — analog 3.3V, digital 1.1V, and interface 1.8V — with low power consumption. By employing R, G, B primary color mosaic filters, it achieves high sensitivity, low dark current, and smear-free performance. The chip features an electronic shutter function with variable charge integration time.
